The 'Ships' time is an estimate of when the item will leave our business. For example, if an item displays "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our business within 24 hours after you place your order. While we work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and special order items may have longer Ship times.
Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times. You may call or email us anytime to check on the status of your order.
