Bright notes of lemon zest, meringue and apricot emanate from
the glass to reveal subtle notes of wet granite and apple tart.
Paralleling the aromas, citrus flavors give way to barely ripe
Bartlett pear, green tea and a rich salinity.
This champagne pairs wonderfully with the salty and savory
notes of the pesto, tomato, and burrata cheese.
