Vintner Select is a seasonal tasting menu available from Thursday to Sunday. The menu features gourmet dishes carefully curated by the Executive Chef and paired with the winery’s celebrated wines and champagnes. This special experience is designed to offer guests a unique culinary and wine-tasting experience showcasing the best of what the winery offers.

Short rib tacos Paired with a Hot Honey Mango Margarita

Shrimp Scampi

Deliciously saucy, perfectly rich and buttery, and amazingly flavorful! The shrimp are sauteed to tender perfection and tossed in a garlic butter white wine sauce which is complimented with a bright hint of lemon and served over a bed of hearty linguine noodles. 

Paired with a pink champagne

On the nose aromas of sweet strawberry precedes citrus notes of tangerine and grapefruit. The palate offers brilliant tension between texture and acidity while offering flavors reminiscent of orange dreamsicle, red cherry, and ripe melon. All of the citrus notes add a splash of flavor to compliment the sweetness and butteriness of the scampi. A perfect pairing tribute to Bruno Mars’s “That What I Like!”

Chicken Marsala over linguine 

Marsala sauce is a rich Italian sauce made with Marsala wine and mushrooms and is packed with umami flavors. The sauce coats a delicious rustic chicken and linguine to bring about a warm, comforting, and beautiful dish.

Paired with Merlot

Notes of cherry, plum and blackberry emanate from the glass. The palate is dense and juicy with red fruit, vanilla, tobacco and leather. This wine loves mushrooms and umami flavors.  The earthy and leathery tannins clear your palate between every bite to leave you craving your dish more and more!

Spicy sausage bolognese over linguine

The ultimate hearty dish with rustic spice, sweetness, and savoriness.  This meaty sauce is slowly simmered with wine, vegetables, and spicy sausage that is sure to make any Italian grandmother proud!  Nothing short of pure comfort and class.

Paired with Cabernet Franc

Bramble fruit, baking spices, cedar and wet stone emanate from the glass. The palate is dense and juicy with red fruit, candied cherry, tobacco, earthiness, black pepper, and leather.  This is the ultimate full bodied wine to compliment a full bodied Italian dish.  The tannin will soak up the sauce beautifully and the spice is grounded with its earthy notes.
