"I had the most incredible experience at Renault Winery! I proposed to my partner there, and everything was beyond perfect. I really wanted to love this resort but unfortunately I did not. I was originally supposed to stay Saturday-Sunday with my partner but last minute on Wednesday we called to see how much it would be to stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We were told it would be a $199 difference, okay no problem. We check in on Friday and the front desk woman makes me aware I would have to pay $380 for Friday Nights stay. I explained to her on the phone what we were told and she explained that was incorrect and someone gave me wrong information. We ended up paying the $380 since we had no choice.  Anyways we go to our room, and we’re getting settled and we see that there are at least 10 lady bugs flying in the room on the bed and on the lamps. We called the front desk and we were removed immediately to another room. When we wake up on Saturday, we were excited to start the day and then we received a notification via Instagram that all Vinterland Activities would be canceled due to the weather, in which this is the reason why we drove 3 hours to come. We decided to drive home early and checkout early because we were very upset with the lack of communication this place has caused and we spent more money than we wanted.

We visited with kids on a cold Sunday and was not crowded outdoors. Loved how organized everything was, they have an ice skating ring outside, food huts, fire pits, covered dining area. We had so much fun at the skate ring and it was affordable. We had lunch indoors, sat down at the cafe area and kids had plenty of space to play, explore the grounds. Our daughter was married at Renault in December '23. This venue is amazing! Every detail from beginning to end was fabulous! The staff was excellent and worked hard all day to make it perfect! I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for quality, quantity and exceptional beauty! The outside Christmas decor added a special ambiance to our celebration. Thank you Renault for all you did to make a special day even more special!

Went for dinner and watch the dueling pianos. Had a really nice experience and food was good.
We decided to rent a fire pit for $100 for 2hrs prior to make it a full night
They are very unorganized and we waited 20 mins for them to set us up. We got zero service and never got the wine which was part of the package. I went and grabbed a bottle from the bar. It wasn't great and we left very dissatisfied. Too bad since we have been here before.

I had the pleasure of attending my friend’s Carolyn & Joe’s wedding here a few months back. The setting was just spectacular! From the ceremony, the food, the ambience and the music.. it was just a perfect night. It honestly made me think about having my wedding here one day in the future.
