Wine & Tapas Quarterly Release!

Prepare your taste buds for a mouthwatering journey through Spain with these delectable tapas!

First up, we have the Chorizo frittata. Imagine biting into a fluffy and flavorful frittata filled with spicy and savory chorizo, perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices that will transport you straight to the heart of Spain. Paired with our Meritage.

Next, we have the Roasted piquillo pepper salad, Yukon medallions, & avocado, all drizzled with rich olive oil. This salad is a perfect combination of textures and flavors, with the juicy and smoky roasted peppers, the soft and buttery Yukon medallions, and the creamy and decadent avocado, all brought together with the exquisite olive oil. Paired with out American Champagne.

And last but not least, we have the Olive oil, herb, and olive poached sea bass. Imagine the tender and succulent sea bass, gently poached in a flavorful mix of herbs and olives, with a subtle and delicate taste of olive oil that will elevate the freshness of the fish to a whole new level. Paired with our Rosé.

Ticket includes three Spanish-inspired tapas paired with our new seasonal select wines for this quarter. We will also be going over what flavors are on the nose and palate by having those items on the table to smell and taste. This is a phenomenal, sensorial, and cultural event.
