BEER vs. WINE

Here’s the challenge: Beer vs Wine. In this event you will be able to enjoy both a beer and a wine flight. Each flight will have one culinary pairing. YOU decide by vote on which pairing you believe is the best! The winning pairing will then be offered as a special in our Taste 1864 dining room. Who do you think will win BEER or WINE?

CHEF MARK – BEER – Bock beer braised brisket, cheddar mash, Roasted spring asparagus.
CHEF GERMARY – WINE – Braised short rib, farro & vegetable confit.
